We pick up, pack, and deliver items for shipping.


We come to you.

Schedule a service visit and we’ll come to you to pick up the items that you want to ship. Or, just add Ship It to any service order if we’re already there when you think of it.


We’ll keep it safe.

Your Take It Away service team will carefully pack your property if you wish. Materials included, with the exception of special packaging for oversized or very fragile items.


We save you time.

Skip the trip! We drive your items to the shipper and email you your receipt. We’ll even pay the shipping fees and bill you (small surcharge applies), or you can pay them directly.

Frequently Asked Questions

If I've already packed my boxes for shipping, can I still use Ship It?

Of course. We’re expert packers because of our storage business, but if you just want us to run your packages to the shipper, we’re on it.

Does Take It Away provide shipping insurance?

No, but if you wish we will purchase it from the shipper (at your direction and if available). Take It Away’s Protect It service protects your items from any loss or damage that might occur during transport to the shipper, but ends once they leave our care.

Are there things I shouldn't ship?

Yes. Please ask your concierge or check your preferred shipping provider’s website if you have questions or concerns.
