Service Area Manager
Chuck is Take It Away’s NOVA Service Area Manager. He leads a ship-shape crew, whether riding 20-foot seas in the United States Coast Guard or managing Take It Away service visits and storage operations. Your satisfaction is Chuck’s mission, and he is an expert at making our customers’ lives easy and delivering white glove service on tight deadlines. Chuck studied Business Management at Framingham State College and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two children.
Helen Lightner is Take It Away’s lead concierge, with a background in corporate training, project management, and hospitality operations. Helen is also an entrepreneur, wife and mother who enjoys kayaking and Bikram yoga. Helen graduated from the University of Vermont and worked in guest services at a historic inn prior to earning her MIS degree and taking on a series of technology company management roles. Helen has “never met a project too prodigious” and she is passionate about delivering unrivaled service and convenience to Take It Away members.
Jacob MacIntyre is a Take It Away service associate and concierge. A VMI graduate and Division 1 soccer star, Jacob brings his mix of passion and discipline to our team’s service culture. Jacob helped develop our service associate training program, and now works tirelessly serving our growing membership. With his megawatt smile and efficient handling of complex requests, Jacob sets the standard for Take It Away service delivery. When not working hard for our members, you’ll likely find him working on his third plate of food or burning it off on a local soccer pitch.
